Right of withdrawal for consumers

(Consumers are any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can mostly be attributed neither to commercial nor to independent vocational activity.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without the obligation of specifying a reason.

The cancellation period of fourteen days starts from the date on which you or a third party indicated by you, which is other than the forwarder, has taken possession of the final goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Suchmich Ltd., Laimatt 3, 4438 Langenbruck, Switzerland, email: info@kaddz.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the withdrawal form below, which, however, is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.

To ensure withdrawal within the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you send the withdrawal notice before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we received from you, including the shipping costs (with the possible exception of the additional costs arising from the choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard shipping option offered by us), without delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days from the day on which the notification regarding your cancellation of this contract was received by us. We use the same method of payment for this reimbursement that was used by you in the original transaction unless another arrangement was expressly agreed; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the goods to be returned, whichever is earlier.

The goods are to be returned to us no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us about the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day deadline.

The direct cost of returning the goods will be paid by you.

You are only obliged to pay for any diminished value of the goods when this value loss was caused by you in the context of an examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General information

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Send the product to us in its original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide a suitable package for adequate protection against damage in transit.
2. Please do not send the goods freight collect.
3. Please note that the above enumerations 1 and 2 are not a prerequisite for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal.
